Translated missing strings in assignment module. I have decided to translate "mark" as "znamkovat"
and "Response file" as "Soubor s reakci". There is also a word "review" which I have translated as
"revize" but this might (and propably should) change.

Feedback from the $a / Hodnocení od: $a -- $a should be lower-case (at least) in Czech; perhaps "Hodnotil $a" would sound better, in that case we would need to have the $a lowe-cased even more

Submissions feedback updated for $a people / Aktualizována hodnocení pro $a uživatelů | View $a submitted assignments / Zobrazit $a odevzdaných úkolů -- in Czech, different grammatical cases are required for the word following the numeral, depending on its value: 1 (nominative singular)/ 2, 3, 4 (nominative plural) / 5 (genitive plural)
