Usage:
Unzip lo_utf8.zip to the lang folder (lang/lo_utf8)

For client PC needs to have the Saysettha OT.ttf font.
If not, you  can download from http://fos.nuol.edu.la/do/font-lao/Saysettha%20OT.ttf  other Lao websites.
